The Facilitator :Chan Earn Meng
“With many years in senior
leadership roles across multinational companies, I have been involved in
hundreds of situations where people wanted to communicate their ideas and to
change others’ minds. All were individuals of intelligence with something
worthwhile to say. But many floundered in their presentation skills; and their
ideas, no matter how brilliant they were, died along. Many careers of talented
individuals plateaued as a result. It became clear to me that the world does
not lack people with ideas; what is lacking is the ability to bring ideas to life
and move them to adoption. I developed a deep desire to learn and promote
persuasive communication and business storytelling.”
Chan Earn Meng graduated with an Honors
Degree from the National University of Singapore and has more than 20 years of
working experience. He co-founded LEA Asia, specialises and delivers speeches
on presentation and business storytelling to the Nanyang Technological

wealth of regional HR experiences in East Asia. Earn Meng has also worked in
