     Icebreaker and Introduction to the 3D Presentation System

     Brainstorming-creative techniques to create content

     Mind mapping and the Target method

     The Rule of Three-breaking down complex topics into simple structures

     Cognition and how it affects content development

10:45 Coffee Break

     Audience Analysis-researching, targeting, & designing for your target audience.

     Structure-organizing your information into a logical and strategic sequence

     The 4P, the problem- solution, chronological order, and the demonstration structures.

     Introductions-different methods to start your presentation and things to avoid

12:00 Lunch

1:00 Afternoon Session-DEVELOP

     Storytelling-the basic formula for engaging stories and the storytelling skills needed to deliver them.

     Illustrations and examples-techniques to demonstrate, explain, and convince using metaphors and examples., 

     Conclusions-Signaling the close and reviewing and summarizing

     Sell-The Change, the call to action-selling. motivating. Persuading

     Basic principles of Persuasion Theory to influence, motivate, and spark change

     Body language: Posture-feeling and exuding confidence; Facial Expressions-Conveying warmth and honesty; Eye Contact- Read, Connect, and Build rapport; Gestures- Using emphatic and descriptive movements to paint pictures, touch hearts, and motivate minds

     Voice Control -3P's Pitch, Pace, and Power

     Confidence-Techniques to help you, deal with nerves, calm down, and gain confidence

     Final Presentation-Student speaking assignment

With over 10 years of presentation training experience, he designs, creates content, and runs workshops customized to the audience’s needs.
