This type of communication involves an understanding of how people from different cultures speak, communicate, and also understanding different business customs, beliefs.

The Presenter: Professor Gene S. (USA)
Gene has over 40 years experiences in the automotive industry. 1975, he was the founder and CEO of Paragon International (New York, USA), Name changed to Paragon Metals. Inc. The company became a major importer of metal fasteners from Japan, Brazil, China, Korea, Russia, England for the American automotive market., with annual revenues exceeding $500 million in the year 2014.
After retiring in 2005, Gene became Paragon’s senior consultant for all of its operations in China with it seven manufacturing plants. He also consults with Fortune 500 companies on management and leadership matters, and trains Chinese managers and individuals in Business English, Presentations, Communication and Project Management and other business courses in English. He also taught some courses to International MBA students at universities in Shanghai. Beijing, Chengdu.
